Flash Wellness operates primarily on a self-pay model, which means patients pay directly for services at transparent, upfront pricing. We do not take insurance. We accept Care Credit as a financing option for those who cannot afford it.
We do not bill traditional health insurance for any services. This allows us to spend more time with patients, reduce overhead, and keep pricing straightforward without surprise bills weeks later.
For patients with insurance, we can provide a receipt (also known as a superbill) upon request that may be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on their plan. We do not guarantee your insurance will reimburse them for services.
We also send medications and labs through client pharmacy or Quest Labs so clients can use their insurance for these services if they choose.

Patients can expect a relaxed, welcoming environment, not a rushed, traditional clinic experience. Their first visit includes a comprehensive discussion about their concerns, health history, goals, and lifestyle.
We focus on listening first. Whether they are establishing Direct Primary Care, coming in for urgent care, weight loss, hormone optimization, IV hydration, or aesthetics, we take time to explain options clearly and create a personalized plan.
Most visits are thorough and conversational. Patients leave with clear next steps, treatment recommendations, and transparent pricing.
