Kristen Wilson, MSN, FNP-C
Kristen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Flash Wellness, with more than a decade of hands-on clinical experience spanning high-acuity hospital care, neurosurgery, chronic disease management, urgent care, and primary care.
She founded Flash Wellness with a simple goal: to make healthcare more accessible, personal, and straightforward. Kristen believes patients deserve a healthcare provider who listens, explains their options, and works with them to create a plan that actually fits their life.
Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with practical, individualized care. From primary and urgent care to weight management, hormone therapy, IV hydration, wellness services, and aesthetics, Kristen focuses on helping patients understand their health and make informed decisions about their care.
Kristen is known for her direct, down-to-earth communication style and believes patient education is an essential part of good healthcare. She would rather take the time to explain the “why” behind a recommendation than simply hand someone a prescription and send them on their way.
Invested in the Community She Serves
For Kristen, Flash Wellness is about more than operating a medical practice — it is about being part of the community it serves.
She is actively involved throughout Brooksville and Hernando County as a member of the Rotary Club of Brooksville, BNI, Junior Service League, and the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. Flash Wellness is also proud to partner with United Way in supporting the local community.
Through these organizations, Kristen works alongside other local leaders, businesses, and nonprofits to strengthen the community, build meaningful relationships, and help connect people with resources and opportunities.
She believes a locally owned healthcare practice should do more than care for patients inside its four walls. It should show up, get involved, and invest in the people and organizations that make the community stronger.
Jessica, MA, X-Ray Tech
Jessica has been dedicated to patient care since 2016 and brings years of hands-on clinical experience to the Flash Wellness team. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and licensed X-ray technician, with additional experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her diverse clinical background allows her to assist with everything from routine patient care and procedures to diagnostic services while helping keep the day-to-day clinical side of Flash Wellness running smoothly.
Jessica is often one of the familiar faces patients see throughout their visit. She takes pride in making people feel comfortable and welcome, whether they are coming in for a routine appointment, lab work, a physical, an urgent concern, or one of Flash Wellness's many other services.
A true Florida native, Jessica has lived in Florida her entire life and is proud to care for people in the community she calls home. She values getting to know patients beyond the reason for their visit and helping create the friendly, personal atmosphere Flash Wellness is known for.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys fishing and spending time with her kids, bringing the same warm and down-to-earth personality to her life outside of work.
Ivy, LPN
Ivy is a Licensed Practical Nurse and one of the newest members of the Flash Wellness team. A recent nursing graduate, she brings fresh clinical training, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for patient care to the practice.
At Flash Wellness, Ivy provides hands-on nursing care throughout the clinic, including IV therapy, injections, lab draws, patient assessments, and assisting with a wide variety of medical and wellness services. She is IV certified and BLS certified and has also completed training in DOT and occupational health services, including drug screening.
Originally from Floral City, Ivy is excited to begin her nursing career serving patients in the community she grew up around. Her bubbly personality, kindness, and ability to make people feel at ease make her a natural fit for the welcoming environment we strive to create at Flash Wellness.
For Ivy, nursing is about more than completing a task or performing a procedure. She enjoys connecting with patients, making them feel comfortable, and being someone they can feel confident turning to during their visit.
Outside of Flash Wellness, Ivy loves spending time at the beach or anywhere on the water and enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend.
