Kristen Wilson, MSN, FNP-C
Kristen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of hands-on clinical experience across high-acuity hospital settings, neurosurgical care, chronic disease management, urgent care, and primary care. Her background in complex medical environments shaped her ability to think critically, act decisively, and deliver comprehensive care with precision.
Kristen founded Flash Wellness with a clear mission: to create a modern, accessible healthcare experience that prioritizes relationships, transparency, and real results. She believes healthcare should be proactive, personalized, and empowering — not rushed or transactional.
Her clinical approach blends evidence-based medicine with practical, real-world strategies patients can actually sustain. Whether managing chronic conditions, supporting weight loss, optimizing hormones, providing urgent care, or delivering aesthetic treatments, Kristen focuses on individualized treatment plans that address the whole person — not just symptoms.
Known for her direct communication style and compassionate care, Kristen takes time to educate her patients so they feel confident and informed in every healthcare decision. She is passionate about helping adults regain control of their health through preventive care, metabolic optimization, and long-term wellness strategies.
When she’s not caring for patients, Kristen is actively engaged in the Brooksville community, partnering with local businesses and organizations to expand access to affordable, high-quality healthcare.
Jessica, MA, X-Ray Tech
Jessica has been dedicated to patient care since 2016 and brings a strong clinical background to Flash Wellness. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and licensed X-ray technician, with additional experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her diverse training allows her to support patients through everything from routine visits to diagnostic services with confidence and compassion.
A true Florida native, Jessica has lived in Florida her entire life and is proud to serve the local community she calls home. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for during every visit.
