Weight Loss
Medical weight loss designed for you.
Our provider-guided medical weight loss program is designed to help you lose weight safely, effectively, and sustainably using evidence-based treatments and personalized care. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, our approach supports long-term metabolic health through medical evaluation, prescription medications when appropriate, and ongoing monitoring from a licensed provider.
-
This program may be appropriate for adults who:
Have a BMI in the overweight or obese range
Struggle with stubborn weight despite diet and exercise
Have insulin resistance or metabolic concerns
Want medically guided, sustainable weight loss
Are committed to lifestyle changes alongside medication
A full medical evaluation determines eligibility and safety.
-
Weight loss is not a one-size-fits-all process. We do recommend a 3-month commitment and offer a 10% discount if the 3 months are paid in advance, but this is not required.
Many patients begin noticing appetite control improvements within the first few weeks. Visible weight changes often begin within 4–6 weeks, depending on medication, adherence, and metabolic factors.
Safe, sustainable weight loss typically averages:
0.5–2 pounds per week
Or 5–15% body weight reduction over several months
Longer-term treatment (3–6+ months) often produces more consistent, maintainable results.
-
Each program is individualized, but typically includes:
Initial medical consultation
Body composition review (if applicable)
Lab work when clinically indicated
Prescription GLP-1 or peptide-based medications (if appropriate)
Education on nutrition, protein intake, hydration, and lifestyle habits
Ongoing provider monitoring
Follow-up visits for progress tracking and dose adjustments
Direct access for questions between visits
We do not simply “hand out injections.” We create structured, monitored treatment plans designed for long-term success.
-
Most patients can schedule an initial consultation within the same week. During this visit, your provider will review your health history, discuss your goals, and determine the best treatment plan for you.
What is a medical weight loss program?
A medical weight loss program is a provider-guided plan designed to help patients lose weight safely, effectively, and sustainably using evidence-based treatments.
Unlike over-the-counter supplements or online “quick fix” plans, medical weight loss includes:
A comprehensive health evaluation
Review of medical history and medications
Lab work when appropriate
Prescription medications (if clinically indicated)
Ongoing monitoring and dose adjustments
Regular follow-up visits
Supervised care means your progress, labs, side effects, and response to treatment are actively monitored by a licensed medical provider. This ensures safety, effectiveness, and proper medication management.
At Flash Wellness, weight loss is treated as metabolic health optimization — not just a number on the scale.
